🌸 WRAP NOTICE 🌸

• Wraps are not sold separately.

• Wrap designs are available only as part of a completed snowglobe tumbler purchase.

• Requests/Orders for wraps alone will not be accepted.

🌸 Order Processing 🌸

• All snowglobe tumblers are handmade.

• Processing time is 4-7 business days not including holidays and weekends before shipping.

• Custom orders begin only after payment is received.

🌸 Custom Orders 🌸

• Custom snowglobe tumblers are final sale.

• Please double-check name spellings, colors, and design choices before submitting your order.

• Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

🌸 Snowglobe Disclaimer 🌸

• Snowglobe tumblers contain liquid and floating glitter or charms.

• Small air bubbles, minor glitter settling, or slight movement differences are normal and not considered defects.

• Tumblers should be kept at room temperature. Extreme heat may affect the cup.

🌸 Care Instructions 🌸

• Hand wash only.

• Do not microwave, freeze, or place in dishwasher.

• Do not soak.

• Dropping or mishandling may cause leaks or cracks.

🌸 Shipping 🌸

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

• Once the package is marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

🌸 Damages and Leaks 🌸

• All tumblers are inspected before shipping.

• If your tumbler arrives with a leak, from the plug at the bottoms you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the leak

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be eligible for a replacement.

  • Please not if you are eligible for a replacement your wrap may be out of stock and you would need to choose another one. 

Failure to provide proof within this timeframe may void replacement eligibility.
