🌸 WRAP NOTICE 🌸
- Wraps are not sold separately.
- Wrap designs are available only as part of a completed snowglobe tumbler purchase.
- Requests/Orders for wraps alone will not be accepted.
🌸 SHAPED GLITTER NOTICE 🌸
- Shaped Glitter is a add on only, and not sold separately
- Request/Orders for shaped glitter alone will not be accepted.
🌸 EXTRA'S NOTICE 🌸
- Any inventory in the 'Extras" tab is not sold separately.
- Requests/Orders for EXTRAS alone will not be accepted.

- Read the "Flow Options" page to understand your selected flow
- Some tumbler contain a solution that will settle over time
- The "Flow Options" page contains instructions on how to properly reactivate your flow
🌸 Order Processing 🌸
- All snowglobe tumblers are handmade.
- Processing time is 4-7 business days not including holidays and weekends before shipping.
- Custom orders begin only after payment is received.
🌸 Custom Orders 🌸
- Custom snowglobe tumblers are final sale.
- Please double-check name spellings, colors, and design choices before submitting your order.
- Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
🌸 Snowglobe Disclaimer 🌸
- Snowglobe tumblers contain liquid and floating glitter/charms.
- Small air bubbles, minor glitter settling, or slight movement differences are normal and not considered defects.
- Tumblers should be kept at room temperature. Extreme heat may affect the cup.
🌸 Care Instructions 🌸
- Hand wash only.
- Do not microwave, freeze, or place in dishwasher.
- Do not soak.
- Dropping or mishandling may cause leaks or cracks.
🌸 Shipping 🌸
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Once the package is marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
🌸 Damages and Leaks 🌸
- All tumblers are inspected before shipping.
- If your tumbler arrives with a leak, from the plug at the bottoms you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or videos of the leak
- Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be eligible for a replacement.
- Please not if you are eligible for a replacement your wrap may be out of stock and you would need to choose another one.
Failure to provide proof within this timeframe may void replacement eligibility.
