• All snowglobe tumblers are handmade.
•Please allow 4-7 business days for processing before your order ships.
•Processing time may increase during holidays, sales, or high-order volume.


🌸Shipping Time🌸

•Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on the carrier.
•A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
•Carrier delays are out of my control.


🌸Incorrect Address🌸

 •Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
•1228 Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

•If the package is returned to me, a reship fee must be paid before it can be shipped again.


🌸Lost or Stolen Packages🌸

•Once a package is marked Delivered, it is considered complete.
• 1228 Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

•You will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.


🌸Refunds, Returns & Cancellations🌸
All Sales Are Final

•Due to the handmade and custom nature of my snowglobe tumblers, all sales are final.

 •No returns, refunds, or order cancellations are offered once an order is placed.


🌸Damaged Items Policy🌸

 •Once I hand your package over to the carrier, damage during transit is out of my control.

•1228 Designs does not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-caused damage.

•You may file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.

•I will happily provide any photos, details, or support needed to help you with your claim.

•Because orders are started quickly, changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
•If you need an update, message me ASAP and I will try my best.
